Eternal General Service Foundation believes that harnessing the power of the private sector and philanthropists is crucial in realizing its mission:

To eradicate hunger, poverty, and malnutrition and promote food security among vulnerable, marginalized, and underserved communities without any discrimination based on caste, creed, gender, or religion ; to establish, operate, and maintain community kitchens, food banks, grain banks, and mobile food distribution systems ; to collect, store, and redistribute surplus food in partnership with individuals, organizations, and local authorities ; to raise awareness about balanced nutrition, food hygiene, and reduction of food wastage through campaigns, workshops, and educational materials ; to conduct research, surveys, and advocacy for sustainable food systems and equitable food distribution ; and to collaborate with government departments, international agencies, and private sector entities to promote food justice, nutrition security, and public welfare.

To promote and support quality education and lifelong learning for, including special education and employment-enhancing vocation skills especially among underprivileged people, children, women, elderly, and the differently abled ; to establish, operate, maintain and manage schools, colleges, universities, higher educational institutions etc., skill development centers, libraries, and digital learning hubs ; to provide scholarships, educational materials, uniforms, and career guidance to meritorious and underprivileged students ; to support research, innovation, and incubation in science, technology, and medicine ; to run and support orphanages, child care homes, foster programs, and shelters offering holistic care, education, and emotional development for destitute and orphaned children ; to undertake projects for infrastructure improvement in educational institutions; to organize training for teachers, parents, and caregivers ; and to collaborate with governmental bodies, CSR initiatives, and NGOs for funding, research, and execution of education and child welfare programs.

To promote physical, mental, and social well-being through the establishment, to establish and manage hospitals, clinics, dispensaries, laboratories, mobile health units, wellness centers, and rehabilitation facilities ; to provide affordable and accessible healthcare etc., particularly to economically weaker sections to promote health care including preventive healthcare, sanitation, immunization, maternal and child health, nutrition awareness, disease prevention, providing safe drinking water and mental wellness ; to integrate traditional, AYUSH, and holistic medical systems for community well-being ; to operate ambulance services, blood donation drives, and emergency medical relief in times of disasters or crises: to train healthcare volunteers and first responders ; and to raise and apply funds exclusively for healthcare and emergency response activities in alignment with national health and CSR policies.

To carry out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and charitable activities as permitted under Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014, as amended ; to collaborate, associate, or partner with governments, local bodies, NGOs, corporates, CSR programs, international agencies, academic institutions, and individuals for planning, and implementing welfare programs aligned with the Company's objectives ; to contribute to national relief and welfare funds; to acquire, own, lease, develop, and manage movable and immovable properties required for such purposes ; to raise funds, donations, grants, and endowments through lawful means ; to engage in lawful research, training, and consultancy for capacity building; to undertake any incidental or ancillary activity necessary to advance the above objects ; and to carry out activities permissible under Section 2(15) of the Income Tax Act, 2025 and other applicable laws of India.

To empower marginalized, minority, and vulnerable communities through capacity building, skill development, livelihood generation, and financial inclusion initiatives ; to facilitate women's empowerment, formation of self-help groups, and gender equality programs ; to advocate for child rights, disability inclusion, and elder care; to support armed forces veterans and their families ; to promote social harmony, communal peace, and national integration through intercultural dialogue and awareness campaigns ; to work for protection and promotion of human rights, democratic values, and social justice ; to undertake rural and slum area development; and to conduct research, advocacy, and policy recommendations to strengthen social equity and governance.

To ensure environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, conservation of natural resources, afforestation, reforestation, and maintaining the quality of soil, air, and water ; to undertake and participate in carbon reduction and carbon credit programs ; to promote renewable energy, waste management, and climate action initiatives aimed at sustainable development ; to undertake disaster management, including relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities for affected communities; to mobilize volunteers and resources during emergencies ; to collaborate with government authorities and NGOs for environmental sustainability and disaster resilience ; to establish shelters and hospitals for stray, injured, and abandoned animals ; and to promote animal welfare, responsible pet ownership, and prevention of cruelty to animals through education, advocacy, and direct intervention programs.

To promote sports, physical fitness, yoga, and traditional games among underprivileged people, children, youth, women, and differently-abled persons; to identify and support talent through scholarships, sponsorships, and mentorship programs: to encourage arts, culture, national heritage, music, and performing arts as a means of social inclusion and mental well-being; to establish wellness centres and organize workshops, competitions, and awareness programs promoting yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and mental health to train instructors and practitioners in these disciplines; and to integrate physical and mental wellness initiatives with educational and community programs.
Donations are accepted and welcomed from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities, without limitations. However, there may be limited circumstances when Eternal General Service Foundation will decline a donation, and it reserves the right to do so. All decisions to accept donations will be made by the governing body.
We have a number of high-risk indicators, where we assess the opportunity / donation on an individual basis to balance what we can accomplish versus the risks. For all high-risk donations we follow a robust Donation Acceptance Process. We ensure that we make decisions that are in the best interests of our mission: which means, assessing potential risks to our programs / initiatives, our staff Eternal General Service Foundation's reputation and effectiveness whilst taking into consideration the impact Eternal General Service Foundation could have through its programming and advocacy by accepting the donation.
Periodic partnerships are reviewed at-least annually or as and when the need arises where it is apparent that the risk of partnership has changed materially. We reserve the right to refuse donations or terminate partnerships where the activities of the organization or individual conflict with our goal of achieving our mission.
Donations deriving from specified activities that are incompatible with our charitable objects are classified as 'non-acceptable' donations and we reserve the right to decline or to accept donations from donors.
The donations / funds may be raised either locally or through foreign sources. Compliance with the clauses in the Memorandum of understanding or grant agreement with the donor need to be ensured. Further, in case of foreign funding it is to be ensured that all acceptances are in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act ("FCRA Act"). Eternal General Service Foundation also need to appropriately disclose these on their website or on the website of the Ministry of Home Affairs, as it may deem fit. In addition, sufficient and appropriate documentation (KYC) needs to be in place / ensured at the time of accepting these grants or donations.
